Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản
📋 Các bước thực hiện
- Nhấn nút "Gửi yêu cầu xoá tài khoản" bên dưới
- Email sẽ được mở với tiêu đề sẵn, bạn chỉ cần gửi đi
- Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý yêu cầu trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc
- Bạn sẽ nhận được email xác nhận khi tài khoản đã được xoá
🗑️ Dữ liệu sẽ bị xoá
- Thông tin tài khoản (tên, email, ảnh đại diện)
- Danh sách từ vựng cá nhân và sổ tay
- Lịch sử học tập và điểm số
- Tin nhắn và lịch sử trò chuyện
- Thông tin đăng ký Premium (nếu có)
⚠️ Lưu ý: Việc xoá tài khoản là không thể hoàn tác. Tất cả dữ liệu của bạn sẽ bị xoá
vĩnh viễn và không thể khôi phục.

- An email will open with a pre-filled subject — just send it
- We will process your request within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted
🗑️ Data that will be deleted
- Account information (name, email, profile picture)
- Personal vocabulary lists and notebooks
- Learning history and scores
- Messages and chat history
- Premium subscription information (if applicable)
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently
deleted and cannot be recovered.
